‘CANCELATION POLICY’ ‘TERMS AND CONDITIONS’
Payment of the deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of our terms and conditions. If you cancel, all deposits and all payments received are non refundable. If you cancel within 21 days of arrival and the accommodation is not rebooked your credit card will be debited the balance owing. If the accommodation is rebooked there will be no balance owing.
NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE ACCOMMODATION THAT THE GUEST HAS BOOKED MUST BE PAID IN FULL.
